These Terms govern your use of WordBridge — a SaaS Chrome extension and web application at wordbridge.world. By using WordBridge, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of Service

WordBridge provides AI-powered translation, grammar correction, and text-to-speech features via a Chrome extension and web dashboard.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years of age.
• You confirm you have legal capacity to enter these Terms.

3. Account Registration

• Limited features available without an account.
• Full features require an account via email or OAuth.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

4. Usage Limits and Plans

4.1 Free Plan

• 35 requests per day across all features.
• Resets at midnight UTC.

4.2 Premium Plan

• Unlimited daily usage of all features.
• Billed monthly or annually.
• Cannot be shared or transferred.

5. Payments and Billing

• Payments processed by Paddle, our merchant of record.
• Fees charged in advance on a recurring basis.
• Prices in USD unless otherwise stated.
• 30 days notice for pricing changes to existing subscribers.

6. Cancellation

• Cancel anytime from your dashboard.
• Access continues until end of billing period.
• No cancellation fees.

7. Refunds

• All sales are final.
• Duplicate charges or billing errors refunded in full.
• Contact us within 7 days for billing concerns.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to process illegal content, infringe intellectual property, use bots to bypass limits, or interfere with the Service.

9. Intellectual Property

• WordBridge and its branding are owned by WordBridge.
• You retain ownership of content you process through the extension.

10. Disclaimer

WordBridge is provided "as is". Translation and grammar results may contain errors. Do not rely on them for critical decisions without independent verification.

11. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding any claim.

12. Changes to Terms

We will notify you of material changes at least 14 days before they take effect.
